Aqua Fitness Class Descriptions

 

Aqua Aerobics- A nice workout using the water as your resistance, held in the Glass House Pool. Great for anyone with joint issues.

Advanced Aqua Aerobics- A more intense water aerobics workout. Plan to swim laps as well. Held in the Glass House Pool.

Aqua Boot Camp- Combination of cardio, strength & core work that will burn fat without stressing joints.

Aqua Yoga- Mind, body and spirit. Naturally strengthen and balance your body while in the tranquility of the soft water pool. All levels welcome.

Aqua Deep- A more intense water aerobics workout. Treading in the deep end. Plan to swim laps as well. Held in the Glass House Pool.

Aqua T’ai Chi- An ancient Chinese form of “moving meditation”…in the water! The slow, relaxed, non-impact movements of T’ai Chi make it a perfect exercise for people with arthritis as it gently exercises every joint, muscle & tendon in the body.

Aqua Zumba- Latin dance rhythms and easy to follow moves in the water.
